Privacy Policy – Eyas
Eyas is a business application provided by Elektroline a.s. and is intended for use by Elektroline customers and authorised staff only.
Data we collect
The app itself does not collect personal data beyond what the user enters directly in order to use the app. Specifically, the app may process:
- login credentials for the user account (such as username and password),
- connection details for the SHV server (such as hostname, port, username and password).
The app does not collect any additional personal data, does not use analytics SDKs and does not access contacts, photos, location, camera, microphone or other device data.
How we use the data
The entered data is used only for the following purposes:

to authenticate the user and allow access to the Eyas service,

to establish and maintain a secure connection to Elektroline back-end systems via the SHV protocol,
-
to ensure the correct technical operation and security of the service.
No data is used for advertising, profiling or marketing purposes.
Data storage and sharing
Login and connection data are transmitted only to Elektroline servers and to systems configured by the user or their organisation.
Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except where required by applicable law or by a valid request from competent authorities.
Children’s privacy
This application is not intended for children. Eyas is provided only to professional and business users as part of contractual relationships with Elektroline customers.
Security
Elektroline a.s. applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data processed by the Eyas application against unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published together with the updated “Last updated” date.
